free.

Marlies runs free on your computer without an account. Everything you need for correct invoicing and bookkeeping stays free: customers, products, quotes, invoices and credit notes, expenses and receipts, payments, numbering, Austrian tax checks, PDFs, your data, backups, exports and official plugins. E-invoice formats stay free once Marlies supports them. Ask Marlies works with your own API key or a local model. We never move a free feature behind Pro, limit local use or narrow the license. Pro pays for design tools and services we run for you, such as hosted AI with processing in Europe. You choose whether to add Pro.

about Pro.

A seat is for one person on up to five devices. Start with one seat; every seat costs the same.

Layout Studio and Marlies KI are no longer available. Your data and the free features remain available. PDFs you’ve already created stay as they are. You can keep using your published layouts for new invoices after Pro ends; creating or editing layouts and using the AI designer require an active Pro subscription.

Each seat adds monthly Marlies KI credit to your organisation’s shared balance. When it runs out, Marlies KI pauses; you can keep using your own API key.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can keep using Pro until then.
